Honey Mustard Cocktail Sausages recipe

These simple cocktail sausages are perfect for serving at parties. This recipe makes regular cocktail sausages just a little bit more interesting. Serve them with a bowl of BBQ sauce and tomato ketchup.


  • Pack of 48 cocktail sausages
  • 3 tbsp. each clear runny honey and grainy mustard
  • Oil, to fry


  1. Drizzle a roasting tin with oil. Heat in a 180C oven for a couple of minutes. Add the sausages, shake in the oil and then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

  2. Drain on kitchen paper, then tip into a new clean roasting tin. Mix honey and mustard in a dish, pour over the sausages and toss to coat. Bake for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Use hot English mustard if you prefer, although the grainy mustard is a little more child-friendly. Recipe serves 12.
